We are private citizens concerned about the health care plan issues being proposed and are even more concerned that many of our fellow citizens are unable to comprehend the language of the proposed healthcare bill in its native form or are intimidated by its length and complexity. It is for these reasons alone that we have created this web resource.

We are NOT experts on matters of law and our interpretation of the legislation (proposed or signed,) as it is written is subject to mistakes and misinterpretations as a result. Our website is a work in progress. As such, there are significant portions of text that do not yet exist on the site.
